I walked over to see what they had a saw they were serving soup. I was told it was tortilla soup. I asked if they serve cup or bowl? The response was "yes". I ordered a cup. I also got the crunchy toppings.When I got to a spot to sit down the lady had added the toppings to the soup rather than separately like I had seen the other employees do. Not a coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. Asked staff for a recommendation - they made the lavender chai latte and it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are similar to Starbucks or Caribou.

I usually stop over at Macy's Tastebar when I'm in Ridgedale, but happened to be closer to Nordstrom's yesterday. I had the turkey sandwich which was okay but a little too salty and the scone which was a little too sweet. The only good was the tea and the spacious seating area in front of Nordstrom's. Very disappointing.
