Not impressed with this location. My boss ordered our staff lunch from this location and my Unwich was tiny. Like, less than 6 inches, and less than two pieces of turkey. It was mostly eating lettuce. Another time I stopped in and they were out of Unwiches. As someone who is gluten free, Unwiches are my only option. I was really disappointed. After reading reviews of this place I can tell I’m not the only one whose had a negative experience here.

Regretting we gave Mtka a chance today instead of Chan (our usual spot). Ordered via the app. The chicken in the Thai wraps was dry, the two associates seemed apathetic or unconcerned about bring there (the girl was on her phone at a front table and only bothered to start being assertive when I made it to the register, and neither barely said a peep and were very softspoken), and I had to bag the five sandwiches myself (I asked for a bag when noticing the sandwiches were just left on the counter, and she didn't even offer to do it for me). Clearly not eager for business at this location, so I am going to accommodate that sentiment by never returning.Only Chanhassen for us from now on.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John's. Despite clearly indicating that I did not want onions on my sandwich when placing my order, the sandwich arrived with onions anyway. Luckily, I don't have an allergy to onions, but this could have been a problem with someone who did have an allergy. But I was still disappointed that my order wasn't read correctly.This is not the first time I've had issues with this particular Jimmy John's location. In fact, each time I have visited, my sandwiches have been missing items or has been made incorrectly. It's frustrating that the staff can't seem to get it right, despite my repeated attempts to provide clear instructions.Overall, I was disappointed with the service and quality of my experience at this Jimmy John's location. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future, as I'm hesitant to return given my consistently negative experiences.

Online order, 20 minutes later I arrive and not done. No worries there but sitting waiting while people come in, order and then watch them get served and leave while I’m sitting there isnt a good time, won’t be back to this spot.
I'm IMPRESSED! This team is so amazing! I had an order of 14 sandwiches with combos and they went out of their way and labeled EVERYTHING! They had it all ready for when I got there to pick it up and helped me bring it to the car! Such an AMAZING experience. Thank you so much!
