This Chanhassen Jimmy John's does a great job! I often swing by for lunch and they are fast, efficient and friendly. A+++
I called on Wednesday to ask questions about catering, they said for an order my size put it in the day before. I put the order in the next day then they day before my catering order i called to make an adjustment for one of the sandwiches and someone else told me they couldn’t fulfill my order because they had too many orders that day. Very disappointed
Sandwiches were as expected. Line cooks were locked in on their phones (gross), didn't even look up from them to say thank you 😂 Cashier was okay. I wouldn't hire any of them. It's no Jersey Mike's or Potbelly, not too bad I guess
