Very supportive, welcoming place to play games and make friends— really supportive of younger players, making a safe, inclusive space for “Junior Planeswalkers!”

Lodestone is great! The staff work to create a welcoming environment, for example my kids really enjoy the Junior Planeswalker time carved out for younger gamers. The food/drinks are reasonably priced and tasty. And it carries a solid assortment of new and used games, Magic the Gathering and gaming accessories. Overall a fun place to get a coffee, hangout with friends and play some games.

Good supply of MTG singles. Also has an option to pull online and they are ready in store

Super friendly service both at game counter and cafe counter. Free seating. Bring your own, borrow from an extensive library or buy from used and new games available in store. They have sound absorbing panels which makes it so much easier to sit in even when it’s crowded. My kind of place

Fun shop, wish they did more than 30% on cards. Other than that, its fun and they have a deli to enjoy while gaming with others.

Why do you have a reward system if people arent allowed to claim the rewards? Everytime the cashier quickly pushes past it so I can't use any rewards. Very obviously intentional, cause of how frantically they hit the screen when it pops up.

In response to owners reply: whenever I am checking out I see the click to claim reward screen pop up for maybe 3 seconds before it gets skipped by the cashier... if its not intentional why does every cashier do this as soon as it pops up? They should be asking if I would like to use the reward I have earned.

Wife and I stopped in while visiting family in the area. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was pretty chill. There was a lot of people present, playing games, yet plenty of space to sit down and enjoy our drinks and a game.

Excellent place for a beverage and some entertainment. They have a nice menu selection of beverages and a few bites to eat. Lots of space to spread out and play a game or two, as well as preowned games you can try out or buy. The people who work there are awesome. A friendly and welcoming space!

My wife and I visited Lodestone today to play some games and drink a coffee, and it was an absolute blast! It's a comfortable environment with friendly employees who seem genuinely happy to be there!

Their cafe selection is pretty good, and it comes out quickly. They have many games you can play while you wait, and they are all lovingly cared for.

Lodestone supports the LGBTQIA community, and their signage shows how welcoming they are of all people. I wish this place were closer to my home because I would go there all the time!

Best LGS in the Twin Cities for Magic: The Gathering. Frequent large tournaments, online ordering for TCG singles, and good coffee from Backstory Coffee Roasters.

Only stopped in for the coffee side but the barista was very kind and the entire place was clean, quiet, and welcoming.

Not a local, actually in town from Mississippi, stopped by locking for SWU, but quickly realized it is a MTG only shop. Which was perfect because I was able to pick up some cards that my son needed. Had a great conversation with my Name Sharing Employee Matt and his co-worker(sorry I didn’t catch their name). Memorable moments, 1. Employee service and relations 2. Bulk card organization 3. Card display on the wall 4. Did I mention the employees!!! Which i had more time to spend, but if I pass through again, this is a definite must stop again!! Thanks
