I ordered a meal that was too spicy for me, whimp I know… I asked the manger on duty if I could get “something to make it less spicy” and in return she offered to replace the meal for me. They have found a new regulars, me and my friend. Thank you for being so great to your customers!!
The absolute chillest dude rang me up and I just wanted to make it known. This place has been around for a long time in my area, and I've always had amazing customer service experiences with the workers there. I highly recommend this location specifically because they always do right by the customer.

Stopped in at Noodles & Company and had an awesome experience. The food was fresh and exactly what we wanted, but what really stood out was the staff. Matt, Megan, and Mike were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and truly cares about the customer experience.
