As an Ambassador Nordy Club member and Cardholder, I was quite disappointed in my interaction with one of your managers yesterday. I went to the women’s department to return 5 small items, and the sweet girl behind the counter (who was new btw) needed help from a manager (not sure why). The manager (whose name I believe was Sarah) came to answer the question and immediately and rudely told me they will return the items this time but that there was a “customer service”...read full review
