This was the most memorable subway outing I have ever had. My partner and I went for a quick dinner before grabbing our Target order across the street. I was wearing my mom’s Harley Davidson sweatshirt which sparked a conversation with who I believe is the owner of the store. My mom passed away a few years ago and he listened to me tell her whole journey . As he was making our sandwiches we found out the gal standing behind the counter with him was his wife. I visited my favorite Subway again tonight and saw Ray and his wife Debbie. They were as sweet as always and made my SUB sandwich very quickly and to perfection. These people are an INSTITUTION here in Minnetonka serving many people for many years and giving back to the community. I have told all of my friends to visit this Subway, and I heartily endorse this Subway and these fine couple Ray and Debbie.
