Stopped in for lunch and got breakfast. My omelette was fluffy and full, the hash browns are crispy. The star however was the pancakes, I expected something okay but the scent of the pancakes was absolutely divine and they have blueberry, maple and strawberry syrups. They tasted incredible. I would highly recommend The River family restaurant.
Food is good. Has always been good even before it became The Rivers. Update to interior is nice. I grew up in that town and was back visiting. Nice to see updates interior- but the bathrooms are just as terrible as they were when I was growing up- literally haven't changed in 40+ years.
Nice restaurant. Food and service was good. I was charged a little more, I'm assuming, because cause the waitress wrote it wrong? Ordered the lighter side breakfast and added something.
