Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Pizza is exactly what you expect - it's a chain store so it tastes like it should or how you would expect from a Papa Johns. Their stuffed crust is the best stuffed crust pizza from any sort of fast food franchise.

This goes out to Jackie who works at papa johns in monticello.I have been to several restaraunts she has worked at through the years! Shes a hard worker and deserves more credit than she gets. She has always been friendly ,and always smiling! If something has been wrong shes always been courteous and made it right!! Thank you Jackie keep up the good work!!!

I always have a positive experience with this papa John's and i always like to goof around and always mess with the drivers though the ring doorbell and this time I left a message for the driver to grab a redbox movie in the drivers instructions haha why not we don't know what kind of days these people are having and why not try to make someone smile but the delivery driver had a awesome sense of humor about it I'm sure they are like this guy again lol my kids laugh every time...read full review
