you microwaved a grilled sandwich .... wtf does that, staff first said no than admitted it so I was lied to as well. first time in over 20 years I didn't leave a tip.
An old poor man had fallen in the parking lot, looked like he had gashed his head open. Me and my mother were eating breakfast and told a few employees once we had noticed and one of them had stated “I don’t have the time right not” and none of the Perkins employees had went out to help. I get it they were extremely busy but when someone is hurt and can’t move employees should be going out to help the man. Veronica was awesome very personable, kind and thorough and serving us a great meal. Highly recommend Perkins and if you’re lucky you’ll have Veronica as your service gal! My wife and I enjoyed the visit very much.
