I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED THIS MORNING WHEN I ROLLED THROUGH TO PICK UP MY ORDER. I ORDERED ONE OF THE COURAGE COOKIES FOR THE DONATION THEY DO WHEN YOU PURCHASE ONE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ALL I RECEIVED WAS TWO MINI COOKIES AND NO FILLING ON THE INSIDE 😔 CONSIDERING THESE COOKIES ARE $1 OFF THE KIDS MENU OR ON THE DOLLAR DELIGHTS MENU WHICH I NO LONGER SEE ON THE APP AND I PAID $3.60 FOR THESE TWO TINY COOKIES. LOOKING AT THE PICTURE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE LARGER COOKIES WITH THE FILLING ON THE INSIDE, KINDA HARD TO TELL AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU IN THE APP THAT THEY ARE TINY MINI COOKIES 🤷🏼

When ordering they couldn't even tell me if they had a light or lower carb version. I think after explaining 3 times they claimed they had a sugar free blended mocha so hopefully that's what they gave me. This store is very inconsistent and the exact same blended mocha are never the same.
I have tried a few different things here and I am not the biggest fan . The pumpkin spice the matcha latte are pretty sweet. Service is fine. But I feel that the product just doesn't hit the mark

I won't go there again unless I can order in the app and see exactly what I'm paying for. Almost $15 for 2 SMALL drinks and got charged for a extra shot of espresso that I didn't order. I would normally say something but I've been under the weather and I wasn't in the mood to deal with it.

I’ve gone to the new scooters coffee shop a couple times in Monticello and generally appreciate their coffee! The last time I went, they started a new pretzel with bacon and some sort of meat on it. These little pretzel bites and said that they were doing a trial run with this item. I decided to try the pretzel bites, they were edible, but not worth the money. I was also asked to leave a review so here it is! I would suggest that scooter opt out of the trial pretzel run haha, in my opinion, coffee shops make these little side foods for coffees, that never taste all that good with a high price attached, but I will continue to go there for their coffee and I am on my way there now! 😇
