I'm disappointed to see the negative reviews - especially about their customer service!! I have been to this location over a dozen times in the last month or so. Every single time, the drive thru employees were very friendly and personable. The drinks have been wonderful and I love their suggestions when I'm indecisive and I'm not sure what I want. My daughter loves their chai and I have loved all the seasonal drinks I have tried. I drive past multiple other coffee chains just to get Scooters. Keep up the great work! Coffee is delish!

Since first visiting a scooters in St.Cloud, Mn I’ve been hooked! I loved in the fall they had a maple latte and the spring they came out with a butterscotch. Both were delicious. The sandwiches are great too! Definitely get the app. Totally worth it. Service is always Scootastic ? Thanks for putting one in Monticello, Mn!

My wife and I have made it a weekly tradition to pick up Scooters. Very very consistent quality with the drinks we get, the treats are decent enough (typical commercial coffee shop items), and the employees are always very kind.

Such poor customer service, this is why you don’t deserve a tip. I ask you to add 4 smalls to 2 large cups and instead you charge me for extra cups and expect me to do it myself in my car.
Just went to a different location and they asked me if I wanted a larger size… funny how this Starbucks refused to make it bigger and other locations just offer it from the start. ?

My very first visit to this location and Scooter's as a whole. The girl taking my order was welcoming, and offered to answer any questions I had about the menu. I settled on just coffee this visit, ordering their limited edition Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte blended. Presentation is good, flavor is great. Pricing is comparable to Caribou, and fairly equivalent in terms of value for what you get. I will definitely try them again, and potentially try other items on their menu. Nice work!
