Dairy Queen in Moorhead

“This is the rogue Dairy Queen. It has a reputation for not being like any other Dairy Queen and it’s the best! While other DQs are bending to the corporate hand, this one is doing it like they’ve been doing it for decades. We always like stopping by when we are in town to visit. Like my good friend Sam says: Don’t change! They also offer pup cups for the dogs.“

“It was hard to decide what to get because it was my first trip to Dairy Queen in a couple years. They didn't have the menu lit up at all and they didn't have the sign lit up either so it was hard to find the place at first. So I ordered mostly from memory. I found out later they had some good seasonal blizzards like pumpkin pie and s'mores that I would have ordered had I been able to read the menu. The person I was with got her favorite chocolate brownie extreme or some such and it was supposed to be made with chocolate ice cream but they used vanilla. No complaints on my Heath bar blizzard though it was just as I remembered it. Next time I go to Fargo I might try a different location.“
