“I’ve been to scooters several times and never once have been disappointed! Great food (especially the cinnamon rolls), great coffee, and friendly staff. They always offer pup cups when I bring my dogs with. One tiny thing…I wish you could give them your phone number for the rewards. Sometimes my husband surprises me with coffee but he doesn’t use the app so when he does, I don’t get the rewards. That’s all 😊“

“The service can be hit or miss. When I order, it's usually been a long time since I've last order and I forget the vernacular. At times, I'll get a haughty look, or a look of judgement and condescension. Also, I'll even get attitude from a manager. I've rarely been greeted with a smile and someone eager to serve.
This may be a bit unfair to this particular location, as I've only been there twice. However, this attitude is pervasive across coffee joints in local grocery stores. Of which I think are all Caribou.
The coffees I've ordered have ALWAYS been top notch.“

“I went in this juice shop last week after a workout and it was a pretty solid experience overall. The place was clean and had a relaxed vibe, not too loud or rushed. I ordered a green juice with apple and ginger, and it tasted fresh, not overly sweet like some places do. The staff was friendly and answered my questions without acting annoyed, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for the portion size. It did take a few extra minutes to get my drink, but nothing crazy. I’d come back again when I’m in the area.“

“The wild wild Southwest salad was awesome. Perfect balance between flavors, lettuce, and other toppings. The dressing had a little spice, but not too much. It was really good. The raspberry lemon refresher was a great drink to go along with it. The service was kind and friendly, and the inside was super clean. Great job! Thanks for the great food and service!“

“Very friendly workers. For my first time there, I got a banana bread mocha, and it was delish. However, I went there a second time and ordered a banana bread latte on accident.. ofc me being slow I didn’t differentiate latte and mocha. I tasted the latte thinking it was a mocha and they remade it for me even, turns out I was the silly one who apparently has early signs of dementia and couldn’t recall that I had ordered a mocha yesterday. Not a latte. No wonder it didn’t taste the same. Mind you when I got the remake it tasted the same as the first, because it wasn’t the employees fault. Just mine.. I just didn’t know what I ordered the day prior. The service is so sweet though!“
