The restaurant is clean, bright, and tidy, with a neat atmosphere. This kind of fast service restaurant is what is needed more, and it is a new go-to for a lunch from home. However, the experience with the staff is mixed. While some guests received excellent service with a smile and felt welcome, others noted the staff did not seem to care. One first-time guest felt the staff were not helpful and had a rude interaction with an attendant who used a condescending tone and cold eyes. In contrast, another guest spilled a drink and the staff were super friendly and made a replacement. Overall, Crisp and Green is recommended for great food, but the verbal and non-verbal communication of the young workforce can determine if a customer returns.
