This McDonald's had amazing customer service. I placed a mobile order for table service. It was taking awhile so upon checking that had not customized our burgers right and they were redoing. I was happy they are taking the time to make sure my order was right. The manager came out to our table extremely apologetic and gave us a free meal coupon. Above and beyond in customer service. A+ manager!! Our food was all hot and fresh!
We stopped yesterday around 10 and the place was packed with kids. I was skeptical about ordering because there were about 20 orders ahead. I did and my order was ready in about 12 minutes. 5*+ service. If this was my local MCD it would be about a hour to get food
Had to wait to get a drink carrier because the don't even pay attention to people at the counter. They just set food down, turn around , and call out number as they are walking away. No person to person interaction.
