Caribou Coffee offers excellent customer service with the goal of making customers happy, not just profit. All drinks are made in-store, and the sandwiches are very tasty. While busier in the mornings, the afternoons are usually less crowded. Customers praise the friendly staff and fantastic drinks, with a wide selection of caffeinated, coffee-based, hot, cold, fruity, and milkshake options.
