“This adorable cafe blends in so well with the neighborhood I almost missed it. So glad I didn’t, though! The space is clean and tidy and there are a few tables to sit and enjoy a beverage. When it got busier, staff brought out additional seating to accommodate. I enjoyed my chai tea latte and the message on the milk foam added a fun little twist. Street parking only, but it wasn’t too hard to find a spot. Would visit again and definitely worth the trip!“

“Rebecca's is our favorite bakery in Minneapolis. The owner and his wife are friendly and welcoming and their cream puffs, fruit tarts, cakes, turn overs and scones are delicious. They're not overly sweet so you don't feel sick after you eat them. We also buy his coffee he imports the organic beans from Ethiopia and roasts them in house. We LOVE Rebecca's and are so glad they are our neighbors!“

“My boyfriend and I decided to check out a new coffee shop, and we came across Cuppa Java on Google Maps. When we first entered the building, I immediately loved the vibe, and there are many cozy corners with plenty of outfits to get some work done. The employees were extremely friendly, and I ordered and ate one of the best bagels I've ever had. There is a gender neutral bathroom with ADA accessibility which I highly appreciated.I will definitely be coming back!“

“Excellent food, excellent service, excellent staff! I highly recommend trying every single dish they offer, there’s something for everyone and the taste is guaranteed. Their portions are SO generous I almost always have to take something back home with me. :) My favorite items include: dry cappuccino - grilled chicken - chicken salad - falafel platter.“

“I stopped by last Saturday, and I got a scone and a Cranes in the Sky iced coffee, and the combination was AMAZING! The prices were very reasonable for the hand-crafted beverage and pastry! I also loved the ambiance of the coffee shop, the outdoor patio, and the clothing selection! I will definitely come back!“

“Great food but I think $4.79 for 3 pieces of bacon. Great place to eat just don't order the side dishes...my bad for not reading the menu prices, but I didn't think I need to...I sadly assumed things would be somewhat reasonable...NOT!“

“Had such a great visit here today! We were able to visit with the kitties without a reservation on a Tuesday morning. The kitties seemed happy and healthy and the environment was clean and seemed well cared for. There were so many lovely cats and it was fun to spend time with them. One climbed into my lap to snuggle for a bit wich I loved. The staff was super friendly and one of the kitties literally jumped into the staff members arms for a cuddle during the hour change over wich I thought was adorable. Obviously the staff here care very much for the cats and the cats love them back.Coffee was delicious as well. Will definitely be back ?“

“Kid and I stopped by before school drop off, and will be back! Great, friendly service. Nice space. I got a latte (hot), kid had a mango smoothie, and we shared mini croissants. Excited to have a family-owned coffee + boba (and more) shop in the neighborhood.“

“This place has it all, amazing food (give the quiche a try, you won’t be disappointed) the owner was very funny and easy to talk to and the other patrons were delightful to talk to as well. I highly recommend this place and will continue coming back!“

“This place is truly the only food spot in Minneapolis I crave regularly. I only took 1 star away because 100% of the time I've sat in, they forget my bakery item and then are sold out and can't offer me anything. However, the sesame croissant is to die for so I always take my chances or at least order at the register.“

“The last two words "Coffee gallery" perfectly describes the coffee shop! It's cool seeing the different kinds of art work, also two huge plusses are there's plenty of tables and there's a parking lot!! For the amount of people that were there it wasn't super loud either! Will for sure be coming back again!“

“It’s a 4 degree Fahrenheit day in Minnesota and there is no better way to spend the morning than visiting a coffee shop. I stumbled upon Up Cafe. What a treat! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Background music adds to the great vibe here. This is one of the easier-to-get-to coffee shops in Minneapolis as it is near the hustle and bustle of the city but situated in a quiet neighborhood not far off the beaten path. They make a crave-worthy oat milk latte that I will come back for!Parking: This coffee shop has ample, no hassle street parking and a small attached lot.“

“I stopped in here on a whim during an errand and ordered the matcha latte with added boba I ordered it dairy free so can only assume the whipped cream was milk-less. It was good and I would definitely stop here again! The space was very quiet when I visited and very cute“

“Middle of the road coffee shop. Attached to art studios. One small seating area is pretty cozy but the rest are a little bland and don't have windows, but they are doing the best they can with the space they are in. Food is made on the spot and is better then you might expect. I go loaded breakfast burrito every time and love it. Staff is hit or miss, but they are never rude.“

“They got me! Didn’t look closely before going and didn’t realize they were a vegetarian place, I was upset at first but decided to just give it a try. And WOW! The food is amazing, no idea what the patty is made of and honestly don’t care, will definitely be back!“

“This is a hidden gem! I went into Rewind next door and was craving my afternoon chai afterwards. I'm still on a Starbucks boycott so I've been trying to go to local coffee shops and I saw The Coffee Shop next door! I ordered the Killer Chai (which is amazing) and the chocolate chip banana bread (also incredible!). The staff was super friendly and I felt very welcomed and safe, I will definitely be back!“

“I worked on a volunteer project in the area and purchased the sandwich bag lunches for my team. The project was for a playground and my team and I found it to be nostalgic that the lunches were in paper bags. The lunches were 10/10! Everything was just RIGHT! The toppings; cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and the sauce….oh my ?. The ordering was seamless and staff was friendly. My volunteers were begging for another! Whenever I come back to the area, I will be ordering for myself and the team!“

“I didn't order any food, but I am searching for a sufficient adjective to describe the coffee. "Hypersonic" entails the high energy beverage that I so thoroughly enjoyed. I am still vibrating these many years later. Admission should be charged for admittance to the ubiquitously graffiti decorated rest room. Unfortunately the web site states hours of operation are now from 8:00 AM to Midnight. I found the atmosphere to be an entrancing enigma at 3:00 AM, but obviously the 24 hour operation was another victim of capitalism. Where can I get some of that coffee for home brew?“

“It's decent, and they have a pour over. I don't know that this is the best roaster in the city. The pour overs were all on the weak side, and the beans I bought ended up being a little rough. I like the place and the people there were nice. I don't know that they have their roasting dialed in, however.“

“This place has the makings of a great coffee shop that has the atmosphere to bring in travelers and locals alike. The only thing missing from this place is OUTLETS. There are a minuscule amount with only a few spots allowing a charging port. Being that coffee shops have historically been correlated with working on personal computers, it has become quite expected that there is enough places to charge said devices.“

“The Somali tea (kind of like sweet spiced chai) here is so good and affordable and their smoothies and sambusas are delicious. If they have any of the house made juices when you go in, you definitely don't want to miss out on them (especially the watermelon). Usually pretty quick service but sometimes it takes a while for someone to come to the counter when you first get in. TVs are loud and it's not too comfortable in there so I usually take it to go but overall great place.“

“Welcoming & a Vibe. This is a real gem, a diamond in the rough. There is no place quite like Cafetto. It is punk, it is cozy, it is filled with music but it’s peaceful at the same time. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and apt at making the perfect cup of joe or chai of choice. If you need a place to vibe, work, or have some fun (especially with the plethora of pinball machines in the basement), this is the place to be. I just wish there was a location in St. Cloud, but to me this place alone is worth the drive!“

“I love Ginkgo but hadn't been there in a couple months. I went to get some iced tea and my favorite tuna salad sandwich after work today. The two employees there, two young women/people who served me were SO kind, sweet, helpful and most importantly-personable. Thank you Ginkgo!“

“Stopped by their for lunch today. The special was a Mediterranean bowl with a side and drink. You can pick the toppings and choice of rice, veggies, beans chicken or beef. Different sauce options are available too. The bowl was tasty. I went with the beef and tomato rice with all the toppings, tzatziki and spicy sauce. Instead of chips, I chose fresh fruit of which there were three different choices. The place is small for seating inside but the building has a common area with tables. The staff is friendly and courteous. At just under $12, this was a very filling, tasty meal and quick.“
“Best chapati in the world is found in this little coffee shop. Not to mention the chicken soup, which is so hearty that it will open up your nasal passages. Plus I like the fact that they have now renovated the place, which was much needed, although the building is old as hell.“

A tun of seating next to the building with plenty of shade!Dietary restrictions: If your lactose intolerant or allergic to anything. This team takes pride in taking care of there customers everyday!“

“Although it’s a little tucked away in deluxe plaza, Gray Fox a nice café with good atmosphere for reading or working. I got a black coffee with a cake donut (total $6.65; $3.00 12oz coffee + $2.65 cake donut + $1.00 tax) and both were very good! The coffee was actually better and cheaper than most cafés in Minneapolis. It does have a very open environment, but I think it adds a unique atmosphere. Definitely would recommend for a quick stop before starting your day!“

“I had a great time. The waitress was OG was a veteran of the place. Was greeted warmly, recommended her personal favorites and not just the special that day, and received the food surprisingly quickly.I got the Cajun Skillet with added avocado. It was incredible.“

“I'm from NWI, here visiting the MOA,& this was my first time having Caribou. I now see why there's one on every other corner in Minnesota! I had the Turtle Mocha, and this was by far the best coffee drink I've ever had! I wish we had a location in NWI, because this would be my daily addiction! Maybe it's a good thing we don't ? I got mine to go, as we were headed back home, but the ambiance of the restaurant makes you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee there. I have become a fan of this, and anytime I see a Caribou shop from now on, I'll stop in to get my next fix!☕️☕️☕️“

“If you love plants and vintage decore, you’ll love the vibe. The coffee is good too. One of the baristas is super chatty though and you can’t even get in a word to ask a question when she’s on a roll, (super annoying but not worth giving the company less stars over), just some food for thought about employee training.“

“Tasty and delicious place! A variety of items to choose from. When I'm feeling hungry I'll opt for one of the seasonal breakfast items. Otherwise I'll grab a pastry or two to share. Be sure to arrive early for the best selection of pastry items. The staff is also very friendly and the place is clean and a perfect spot to meet a friend.I will also mention that this is one of the best places to grab a cake for a celebration as well“

“If you want a fantastic burger, the Bushel burger will be the one! Also, the service is the very best and being in the historic Mill City Museum - how awesome is that! The ambience comes together to take in the historic area while sitting and enjoying your 'Bushel Burger'! Then, do a walk about to take in Minnesota's flour milling history.“

“I love that this new little spot was built here!!! We frequent the cabin weekly, if not daily. The drawback is that they are limited on coffee beans for purchase and run out of items from time to time. Everyone is always super friendly and speedy, and they get the drinks right every time. I really have no idea why people stay in a long line at starbucks up the road - this is the place to go to!!“

“I work here to I may be biased but this caribou has great customer service with the goal of making customers happy & not just making money off of selling food & drinks. All drinks are made in store & sandwiches are very tasty. More busy in the morning but if you come in the afternoon it's usually not busy. Definitely would recommend stopping here for a drink every once in a while. Great selection of drinks whether you want a caffeinated drink, a drink with coffee, a cold or hot drink, a fruity drink, a milkshake drink, they have it all.“
