Ordered at 6 pm. My pizza was done and ready for delivery at 6:17. At 6:55 we called and asked what was going on. My pizza had been sitting there on the counter (warmer) for over half an hour. No apology, nothing. Cancelled my order and won't order again.
Ordered online at 5:41pm, said it would be ready in 19-24 minutes. My husband was able to leave with the pizza at 6:36pm. They offered him a free 2 liter for the wait. When he said that we don't drink pop, they didn't offer anything else! He was there waiting for over 30 minutes! Horrible service!
