“Ella our server this morning was running her “tookas” off and was doing an excellent job of it! We’ve been in the restaurant industry since we were little and know what it takes to make this gem run! Heart/Love/Grit and smiles, even when you want to cry, or throat hug someone! From the Pure Maple Syrup, New Prague, MN. Ham from Thielen Meats in Pierz, MN. Smoked sausage from Odenthal Meats in New Prague, MN. Ground Sausage Patties, from a meat market in Iowa City, Iowa and I’m sure a bunch of other locally sourced ingredients! Open for Breakfast/Lunch, no reservations allowed so be mindful, especially on Sundays!! Know when the local Church services are ;) - We love you Ettlin Family (Ranchero in Webster, MN also!“

“We just celebrated our daughter and new son's wedding at Next Chapter yesterday, and in a word, wow! Jackie and Jeff are the sweetest people and so easy to work with! Jackie was the officiant of the ceremony even, and she wrote such a lovely and silly ceremony; everyone loved it! We are so happy with how the day went from start to finish. Everyone said what a beautiful space it was, and it was so perfect for our book nerds! I couldn't recommend Next Chapter enough!“
