The cocktails were innovative and very good. Our server was wonderful. It is pretty loud for a conversation...but it did seem to be one table in particular. We will try again.
First time visiting, and they did not disappoint! All the mixes were flavorful and presented beautifully! This is my new #1 for Old Fashioned!
I met head distiller Jace at a Copper & Rye Whiskey tasting event.
What really impressed me was his base knowledge of all things that go into distilling. I was even more impressed with his energy and enthusiasm for his trade.
We learned a lot. I left thinking I need to make the trip to New Ulm and tour Black Frost!

Black Frost Distilling is a great spot for exceptional cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a top-notch experience, and the cozy environment is ideal for hanging out. There is a good selection of drinks ranging from classics to signatures and seasonals. The bar area, with its industrial vibe, offers a view of the distillery production, enhancing the overall experience. While there are no snacks available, the carefully crafted drinks and unique building make up for it. The bartender takes great care in delivering custom drinks with precision. This place is highly recommended for a delightful drink or a laid-back hangout, with many guests eager to return and try more cocktails.
