The breakfast was great. Coming here is like going to a Sanctuary when you sit outside . We had the absolute pleasure of meeting the chef, Justin, who was literally the friendliest and most welcoming guy we’ve ever met. He told us about how he sources as much food as possible locally. Love hearing about the bacon from WI and French toast bread from Clearwater Travel plaza! We love Grandview and we LOVE Freddy’s.
My wife and I had a great time in one of the outdoor igloos. It was pretty pricey to rent out, but for how much fun we had, I think it was worth it. It was in single digits outside so it was a little cold even with the space heater. We dressed warm and the staff let us know this would be the case before we arrived. We just got back from our stay at GrandView and Wow! I was so utterly impressed and happy with our stay!
Every staff member we encountered (from check-in, to waiters, to pool staff, to housekeeping) was so great!
We rented an igloo one night and it was so fun and our waitress Grace was so great! The giant pretzel was a huge hit and my Baileys and hot cocoa was perfect.
The girl working at the coffee shop was so nice and went above and beyond with our two kids.
