My companion and I visited Grand View Lodge for the first time this past weekend. It was a fantastic experience. We topped off the weekend with dinner at the CHAR! From the crab dip appetizer to the blueberry pie it was a remarkable meal. I had the filet mignon that was done perfectly, as was the baked potato and asparagus. Another excellent dinner at Char! The food was fantastic, and the service was awesome, as usual. Char never disappoints!
More so than other upscale restaurants I've been to, this one seemed justified in its prices. Expensive, but portions were relatively generous and well made. Drinks had a lot of alcohol to justify the price as well. Will be returning

The service is sweet and quick, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the dining experience special, even for special occasions like anniversaries.
