“Benedict’s is the breakfast of dreams!!!!! We were in Mankato for a 4 day softball tournament, and Benedict’s was our breakfast place for 4 straight days! On top of the excellent service from their great waitstaff, the food is absolutely top notch! Throughout our 4 days we tried so many menu items, and all were well reviewed! The pancakes: we tried the chocolate and smores and both were outstanding! We did BYO omelettes, loaded tots, the Denver hash, chia parfaits, monkey bread, and deviled eggs! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We cannot wait to come back!! Shoutout to the GM Tyson! We loved feeling like we were apart of your Benedict’s family!“
