As a frequent visitor to Chipotle (3 locations in our area) the newest North Mankato restaurant always delivers the best experience.

I was feeling rushed today (10/17/24) and although I was frustrated, the employees remained amazing. They had a system issue where they could only process orders through their app (no cards or cash). I ordered a salad and got it with no lettuce. Can’t get help through the app because I already made a complaint on the order for not receiving all the items that I ordered as well. I’m so frustrated right now

I had a great experience here. My food was ready on time. The bowl was filled well and had everything I ordered in it. The lady at the drive thru window was super nice. I ordered/picked up my mobile order at 1:20pm with no issues. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.
