I ordered a simple plain cheeseburger with extra cheese at the drive-thru. They were quick and the burger was almost too hot too eat, something that's unusual for a fast food restaurant. It was delicious and just what I was looking for.

Trash in the parking lot, a very tight turn into the drive through, unpleasant.. When getting up to the speaker I was ordering and got cut off with the price if what everything was going to be and was told to go to the window... I was going to order more but oh well.. then they forgot my blizzard and so I held up the line even more, in their tiny drive through, and after all that I was sure glad to get my icecream and get out, however sadly no dinner.

WAYS super slow, waited 10 minutes in drive through, then made me park my car in the parking lot for another 5 minutes just for a single salad🤦♀️ Customer service was also bad.
Be careful where do you go to the drive-thru if you don't watch where you're going on the passenger side of your car you can easily break your ankle

Owned by the same people as in Mahtomedi, not even ONE star is merited. My (only 17 year old) son just had an EXTREMELY horrific experience at this location in our small city of Mahtomedi (<8,000 people). While in the restaurant ordering, the employee stated to my son at the ordering counter that he "Didn't support the LGBTQ community" which had absolutely NOTHING to do with the transaction. He ended up in tears in front of the business calling me (as a parent) feeling threatened and completely disrespected. After calling the manager on duty she (Lindsey) confirmed that the employee (by physical description) was indeed working the front counter, grill and was extremely dismayed that this employee had said that (and more). Upon arriving at the restaurant to voice my extreme displeasure of said behavior in our community the employee was identified and then the employee actually CONFIRMED what he said to my son going on to try and literally "apologize" for said totally unrelated hate speech. DQ corporate has been contacted and we are demanding said employee be fired. Absolutely disgusting and we will NEVER spend another penny at this location. Ever.

They are a small location, but service is very good, and the food and treats are tasty. The biggest knock is getting to the restaurant due to turning restrictions at their corner location. You make a bit of a detour to get to them.

Absolutely trash service. Just spent money on food didn't get the food I ordered fries were jogger and the cup of soda had more ice and water then flavor. Also no sauce was included and the onion rings were burnt.
