The service at this location is usually good, only a couple times they maybe forgot the hot sauce I asked for. The other day however they forgot to give me my drink before the rest of my order. I told them I hadn't received my drink yet, no big deal. One of the employees gave me a dirty look thru the window like I was lying. Proceeded to take an extra 10 minutes of them standing around before they poured my soda from the fountain.
Using the app to mobile order and pick up in the DT is fast. Staff is friendly and my modifications are always correct.

Always check your items before you leave. We’ve tried the drive through, door dash, and gone in the store. Their success rate is zero to provide everything you’ve ordered. Good luck sorting out what you’re missing short of unwrapping every burrito. Aside from that, it’s what you’d expect from tbell.
