“If you're coming to the Hmong Market there's a lot of places to go eat and drink. If you're hankering for the real deal you have to come to Rose's Kitchen. There are a few options for you if you don't eat meat but we got a Thai iced tea and some sweets and they were great. The place is nice to come and sit down to have a quick meal or a refreshing drink!

Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options but it's best if you at least eat fish. Most drinks will be either vegetarian or even vegan.“

“This restaurant is mainly made for takeout orders. Not much dining space. I ordered online and they do read the comments and requests for the order. I got the sesame tofu and requested they add broccoli in the comments. They did for no extra charge. The sauce was good. Some kick but not too spicy. I do wish the tofu was a bit more crispy. You can tell it’s fried but it wasn’t crispy. I also wish the menu had descriptions as many items sound good but I’m not sure what they entail. Updated from previous review on 2026-09-03“

“Takeout exceeded my expectations: The spring rolls are incredible and packed with greens, chicken skewers are tender and well seasoned, peanut sauce is divine and the mango sticky rice had sweet ripe mangoes and sliced strawberries. I will be back- Thank you!“

“So so good & really fresh! We ordered takeout and it was so good that we had to go in-person the same week for a birthday. The food was so on point and beautifully plated. It tasted high end, but with more decent prices. Polite staff and kid friendly. Spice levels were adjustable. The pad thai noodles were smooth & flavorful. I'm not sure what kind of noodles or sauce they used, but the noodles were never dry, even when we had take out, it was amazingly smooth and perfectly soft. The pad thai & beef laab were my favorites. Everything we had was really good, fresh & packed with flavor.“

“Excellent restaurant! They have a beautiful place to dine in. It was a Monday and we were basically the only people in the restaurant. The menu is large with various Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Singapore. Basically hits the traditional favorites of all of those with some fusion entrees as well all in one restaurant. Prices were very reasonable, about $15 per entree. Two HUGE fresh homemade egg rolls that were amazing! Will definitely be going back and bringing friends! The bread on the bahn mi was sooo good.“

“A classic Saint Paul neighborhood bar, with simple grub yet so affordable, a mix of Asian and American. All served as takeaway but you can eat it there if you want and the portions are gigantic. There's bingo two nights a week, a Friday afternoon meat raffle, and pulltabs/etabs. Locals are the majority of the clientele but for all its grittiness, it's a safe place with patrons who care about the establishment! Watch out for the parking lot. It's a dirt lot minefield of potholes that will destroy your transmission of you go faster than 1 mph.“

We also provided a $20 cash tip to our waiter name Eve. We are perplexed as to how we were overcharged. The tipping section on our bill was crossed off by us. It does not make sense for us to be overcharged. We will be contacting you again to discuss this matter further. The amount on the receipt differs from the amount you charged us. “Their thai boat for me wasn't good they tasted like package noodles. What was great and probably the best in MN to me is their raw larb. They use real pepper, not dry pepper, not chili flakes, real authentic cayenne pepper. 1 out of 5 places I've been to will use real pepper and not just that, they put mint leaves and lemon grass also. A lot of places just throw in cilantro and green onion, maybe red onion TOO. Their lao papaya is good, full of flavor and spice if you ask for it. I would say 4.5/5 overall as my main interest was their thai boat which wasn't for me. Service was great too.“

“The food was great I really loved the potstickers whoever cooked them definitely got it right because when I tell you it was so fresh and tasty especially the sauce that comes with it but what was even better was the service and atmosphere the employees were so sweet and one even complimented my hair the place was very clean especially considering how easily restaurants can get messy I will most definitely be coming again and also recommending it to some friends.“
