“I really appreciate the novelty and style of Hope Breakfast Bar but I wish they would go over the items in the menu in careful thought whether a given item actually works as a dish because there's excellent things and then also absolute trash both in terms of concept and execution.
Because it should really work because there's clearly talented Cooks and some of the dishes are really high quality ingredients but sometimes the whole is less than the sum of the parts.
I would recommend getting together a panel of impartial people to go over every single item on the menu to avoid some of these drastic disparities in quality from item to item.
Sorry if this comes off as overly mean I mean you all seem really nice and you have a positive atmosphere but buckling down a little bit I think would pay off greatly“
