Went here on vacation, was reccomended by someone at a gas station I talked to. Good food and crazy nice staff. The only part of my meal that wasn't really good were the fries, which were okay. The atmosphere was on point and gave it a "homey" feel. Would definitely reccomend for anyone else passing through on vacation.
We were staying at a cabin on Pelican Lake and decided it would be nice to eat out once during the week. There's not much around but we found The Dam listed online. We showed up around 5:15 and got seated right away. There was a large group that had been seated shortly before us so I figured it would be slow service due to the large group. I was wrong! Good food, great service, and a good selection of adult beverages. Easy access off the lake. In a very comfortable, rustic looking interior. I would recommend this place to go to whether or not you were on a fishing trip. Or if you’re just out enjoying the lake. Plenty of seating inside and out.
