Mexico de Corazon is a favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is amazing, well seasoned, and made with fresh ingredients. The birria tacos, burrito, enchiladas, street tacos, and chimichangas all have really good flavor. The service is top tier, quick, friendly, attentive, and respectful. The place is small, with only 8 tables or maybe 10ish tables, but it is the perfect size for this hidden gem. It can get a bit loud, but it is worth the wait for a table. They give complimentary chips and salsa to start. There are vegetarian options. This place would challenge some of the best Mexican restaurants in Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, or LA. It is easily the best Mexican food in the Twin Cities.
