I made reservations for family of 13 and was not told when I called to make the reservation that we would be forced to pay a 20% gratuity, nor to bring cash because if i was paying with a card I'd get charged a hefty 3.5% for the the "convenience" of using a card. We usually pay 20% tip but I don't like being forced, especially if I get a poor waiter or waitress; or bad food, and we did get subpar food! We had a family gathering of 7 for dinner. Our server, from the start, seemed confused. This young man took so much time getting drinks that I thought he’d left for the evening. Our food was average, but we watched table after table get served by two other gals while we waited… and waited. Once we got our food, he vanished. Went as a party of 4 All our dinners were really good. We all had something different d everyone was pleased with their meals. Shrimp was really good and the others ordered prime rib, walleye, and a burger. Great appetizers. Have had a lot of different ones on several occasions Wild rice soup really good Server was very accomidating Will definitely be back
