“EDIT: I did not in fact receive a full order credit. I received an email with 2 options I could claim: 1. 60 points 2. 50% off my next order to be used within 7 days. This situation just keeps getting better and better.... Online order for delivery: •Waited our time for our food to deliver (Had already paid and tipped in advance) •Received incorrect pizza •Called and waited on hold for over 15 minutes before hanging up and calling back to have the automated system hang up on me. •Enter THIRD call.....explained the situation to be told it would be about 55 minutes to get a replacement to us (we live about 3 minutes away.) •Explained that I thought that was ridiculous and half the family was already eating the correct pizza so it didn't get cold •Once again, was told the soonest they coukd get us our replacement would be like 55 minutes, or I could get a store credit •We eventually chose the credit and requested our delivery and tip money back. Was told the entire order would be credited. Thanks. Still hungry. *In my world, customer service would have ensured the customer who had ALREADY ORDERED, PAID, AND WAITED would get their replacement in a timely manner (that DOMINOS screwed up.....). Instead, everyone else who had ordered since my first order was getting their deliveries first. You have GOT to be kidding me. 🙄“
