They need to train their cashiers to not up charge the customer without their consent. If I order a Culver’s deluxe burger. I shouldn’t get charged for a double.
Waited 30 minutes before walking inside to find out where my curbside order was. Placed the order online. Parked in a curbside parking stop and texted “Here” as instructed (also clicked the “Here” button in the confirmation email to be double sure I was checked in). The curbside pick up spots are directly across from the drive through window so they could clearly see a car was waiting.
