Never allow a costumer in drive thru hold up 5+ cars just to be difficult. Ask them to come inside so you can better serve their needs and keep the drive thru flowing. I know I'm not the only one who left that line last night after waiting 20 min for a basic pumpkin drink.
Just went into Starbucks in Owatonna, MN with my 11 year old daughter. I was unaware of it being mobile and drivethrough order only. A gentleman working there in what I can only describe as a very sparky voice said: Guy's it is drivethrough and mobile only as it clearly states on the door." Ah, Ok.
I guess first off we shouldn't assume that English is someone's primarily language to speak and read. Second, the tone was so condescending that it was nauseating.

I ordered a cold brew with a shot of espresso with pumpkin spice cold foam.
The coffee was very weak and the foam disintegrated within a minute
Was probably just coffee on ice with no espresso and I have no idea what was wrong with the cold sweet foam that is usually so wonderful
