They did not put the cover on my coffee spilling hot coffee on my foot & all over the back of the vehicle. They were in such a hurry with everything from start to finish! I called & they said they would have a $4 gift card waiting @ the store! We were traveling by on the freeway & not from Owatonna That does not even cover the drink! Slow down & do your job correctly!

One star so that it will pop up.We rarely go to Starbucks- and clearly will continue not to. We went through the drive thru and ordered a venti dark roast with 2 shots of hazelnut, a venti caramel macchiato, a ham and cheese croissant and 2 mini vanilla bean croissants. We had our order repeated back to us three times by the team member and it was correct. We got up to the window, paid $18 and some odd cents with a gift card. We don't usually get receipts. Received one of our drinks and all of our food items. The team member opens the window and asked if we were still waiting for our croissant to which we replied no we are waiting for the caramel macchiato. She states she didn't have that on the order. On all of our items it states there are 5 items in the order and we received 4. She didn't asked for any help or consult with anyone else just kept saying it wasn't on the order. The items we paid for costed $13 something. We just drove away in frustration after wasting money without our other coffee.Stick to Caribou everyone.

Delicious drinks. Busy drive-through which is a good sign. Friendly staff. The food I’ve had is good and hot.Parking: Tight location for parking as the locale of other businesses and the drive/through line has to sit right in the way of the parked cars in the lot.

Never make your customers wait 20 min in drive thru because of one car. Tell that customer to come into the store so you can better serve them to keep your drive thru efficient and customers happy.

This is the most disgusting food service establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I just can't go there anymore. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in about 5 years. The fly poop and dead flies are everywhere. The glass behind the work station looks like it has splatter that has been there for a year. The entire staff should be fired. They all have eyes. It's just disgusting.
