“I was a first-time visitor here June 7th. It's hard to describe how amazing the food is here. I have never had a better meal before. The alfredo was so delicious, and I topped it with the steak which was perfectly prepared. We had brought a piece of carrot cake home, and it fed 3 of us.”

“Almost thirty-five years ago I honeymooned here with my ex-wife. I stopped back in on my way through today and, while a lot has changed, the North Woods ambiance and the friendliness of the “new” owners and the locals at Clancy’s is the same if not even better than before, and the food was terrific. I had the broasted chicken, which was crispy, juicy, and perfectly done, real mashed potatoes with country gravy, and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had. The beer was cold and the reception was warm. As a bonus I got to enjoy the first snow of the season with a group of new friends. I’m glad I decided to come back up and check it out. I was more than pleased and look forward to coming back often.”

“It is surprisingly good considering it is just a Mexican place inside of a gas station. I have eaten here on and off over the last 5 years and they consistently provide better quality food and service as time goes on.

The staff is almost always friendly and personable, and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Overall I think the only thing they could improve on slightly is the ordering system. If it’s your first time ordering here it can be pretty confusing since some items like burritos include 5 toppings for free, whereas quesadillas include 1 extra topping for free, and tacos can’t have fajitas vegetables for some reason. So quite a few kinks in that system that you only learn by eating here repeatedly.”

“Very good food, a lot of it, even my required gluten free. Talk to Niki(sp?). She's very helpful, and they're very timely. They're our go-to fave right now with gluten free. It's so nice being able to have Chinese (or any restaurant pick-up food) without worrying about getting sick. Thank you, Niki (& staff) for the always wonderful food!”

“Brought my teens in for a smoothie and we had to try the sandwiches! Best grilled cheese - possibly best of any - sandwich ever! So delicious I didn’t want it to end! Friendly service, delicious sandwiches (my son had the BLT and also loved it), tasty smoothies and at really good prices! If I lived here I think I would eat here everyday!”

“Just enjoyed a very cool evening with the Foxy crew. arrived just before 6pm to an almost full bar. We were meet by one of the ladies working the bar and tables. super friendly and prompt for a busy establishment. There were 11 of us and all ordered different food. Soon after we arrived the place was packed. And of course we had to wait some time for our food, but the servers were super cool and kept the drinks full. Highly recommend Foxys for a night out. Even got in on the meat raffle, super fun. Well done staff!!”

“If you want an incredible array of ice cream flavors to choose from that aren't Kemps (nothing wrong with Kemps, I just love expanding my ice cream horizons), are deliciously creamy, AND the best bang for your buck, you have GOT to check Minnesoda Fountain out ASAP!! ? We got a double cup, double waffle cone, and single cup, and were pleasantly surprised at just how much ice cream is scooped up! Plenty to share.... or not, if ice cream is your jam. ?”
