Service and food was horrible....never stopping there again. Terrible customer service, they need new management and waitresses who know what customer service is. Rude and inconsiderate, like they are doing you a huge favor to wait on you. Some people gave this place 4 or 5 stars??....Really?? They are full of it!
Food was not edible, burgers were rare at best and fries were ice cold and rock hard. Staff is rude rude rude. Place is freezing, and it's like dining in a meat locker, which actually would have been more pleasant, it has an unclean feel about it. Save your money and drive by. Anyone who says this place is good or great, doesn't know what good service and food is. They need to get their business in order, and hire good staff that knows what they are doing and how to treat customers....read full review
Husband and myself stopped here on our way through Park Rapids. What a horrible disappointment! We had a burger and chicken strips. Our fries were ice cold, and hard as a rock. Burger was barely rare, chicken strips were overcooked and like leather. Place is like eating in a walk in freezer. Host that seated us was rude and she acted like we were bothering her, the waitress was no better.
