“If you’d never been to the gathering grounds then you must live under a rock. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in the right place. The atmosphere cultivated by the owner sets exceeds the standards for “Minnesota Nice”. You’re greeted by friendly smiling faces with the sweetest personalities. The menu, while slightly intimidating at first because of all the wonderful options, has something for everyone. Soups made just like mom’s and sandwiches made to perfection! The aroma of the coffee tantalizes your nose, makes you want them all. There is no bad choice, they will all wisk you back in time. I cannot speak so highly of this place. You’ll pay a little bit more but I PROMISE you, it’s worth every single penny. So if you’re still under that rock, get your a** over to Gathering Grounds and try them. Never know, you might find “that’s my go to” place.“
