“We got in later on a Friday night. After unpacking our bags, we decided to find a place to eat and this was just down the street from where our room was. I think we walked in the door around 8:00 p.m. as a matter of fact. Had two young guys working that night and it was pretty quiet as far as people inside the restaurant were concerned. I think they were busy doing to-go orders though. Very nice staff and they were quick to get our order made and out to us. Always enjoy service with a smile which seems to be a rarity these days. Pizza was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I loved how you could get exactly what you wanted on the pizza and so I ordered some artichoke hearts. So much food we couldn't finish our pizza, so we took some home with us that night. Would definitely eat here again when I'm around there.”

Anchor North is such a fun place to eat. The lakeside setting is beautiful, and the food is delicious and they have a variety of options and cater to different dietary needs.
What really stands out is the staff—mostly college kids who work so hard and are so friendly. It’s awesome seeing them run around and create such a welcoming vibe.

“I don’t typically write reviews, but I went to this restaurant 1.5 months ago and had their chicken salad sandwich and a bloody mary. I became a part of the clean plate club that day. This is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. The buns, the perfect temperature of the chicken salad, love and kisses in every bite. The fries were also amazing as well as the Bloody Mary. I live like 3 hours away but have thought of driving that far just for this sandwich. I think about it so much I had to come and write a review because it crosses my mind more than it should. The waitress was also super nice! One day I will be reunited with this sandwich again!”
