“Truck is over by Lowes. Food is excellent! Large portions. My favorite was the Quesabirria tacos with consome. I even made myself some Birria ramen the next day with the left over consome ? it was a bit spicy but worth it. Omg and the al pastor tacos are also a must have - with pineapple. “I love Del Sur Empanadas! I have enjoyed their delicious food and stellar service in multiple ways. I’ve dined in at their Minnetonka and Malcom Yards locations. I’ve purchased their frozen empanadas to bake and eat at home or bring to a party. And my husband and I hired them to cater our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vendor.The owners and all the staff are great people. So know that no matter how or where you get your Del Sur empanadas (or sandwiches, salads, and desserts), you’re in for a treat.“

“Ordered the St. Louis ribs - some slaw and cornbread. Ribs were tasty, maybe just a smidge dry - they come in 4 or 8 bones and a full half slab. Would have preferred Kansas City style, but still was a treat.Others were saying the brisket was what they were going to order. I will have to try them next time. It is just a very short drive from my apartment and just outside of Hamel proper at the VFW.Friendly crew working in the truck and pretty fast service. Everyone sitting around and enjoying the evening, plenty of parking and not hard to find.“
