I ordered from the app today but the lobby is closed. There is no sign on the door to go about app orders with the lobby closed. I tried to call twice, the phone picked up both times after one ring then I got hung up on. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru when I got to the window the lady was completely confused I waited another 5 minutes. If you are going to close the lobby at least put a sign up to continue through the drive thru or turn off the app orders.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill can provide great food, but the quality seems to depend on the time of visit. It is recommended to go around noon or 4pm for the best experience. On a busy Friday night, the restaurant was understaffed but the young crew still managed to deliver food in a timely manner. It is important to note that orders placed online may be prioritized or done incorrect, leading to some customers receiving their food before others who arrived earlier. The card reader was very slow. Despite the occasional challenges, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill strives to serve its customers to the best of its ability. Many recommend just using the drive thru.
