My friend & I ate at the Princeton MN location Tu esday 4/22/25. There were only 2 other ladies eating inside. T he waitress would be rated VERY POOR: took our order, brought our food to us, never checked on us, figured the bill wrong. I wish I would not have left a tip. The service was terrible! The food was not very good. I've eaten at Pizza Hut before & thought the food was good but the food last night was mediocre at best. Awful 😖
I had a really odd experience here tonight. I ordered 6 single topping pizzas and 4 packs of breadsticks. It was ordered online about 4 hours earlier and when I showed up about 10 min late ( I know this was wrong) the pizzas weren’t done. So I go wait for a few min come back and was told they forgot all of the breadsticks…. So another 10-15 min. I guess it was good I wasn’t on time. But anywho. ordered 2 pizzas last night. not sure how many deliveries you guys send out together, but mine arrived cold. looked like they were sitting on the counter all night. gross
