OMG seriously! I've been wanting to make the long drive for months- today was the day! And let me say, as a donut snob- BEST DONUTS IVE EVER HAD! Can't even. Bagel breakfast sandwich was also amazing...

Waited in line for a long time just to get to the counter and have them leave us standing there. No “We’ll be with you in a minute,” nothing. We stood there for another 10 minutes then decided to leave! If the staff don’t like it when it’s busy, maybe they should work somewhere else!
I went in and waited in line over 30 minutes with my child is 5 who handles waiting in line as well as you can expect a 5 year old to. I finally made it to the front and the cashier told me they had to help the customers buying fresh baked goods before they could help me. I am local and usually buy from them. Not anymore.
