“Create Catering provided an amazing culinary experience for my daughter’s wedding in May. We had 200 people at The Whim for an “international” themed food event with multiple food stations laid out throughout the venue. The team was incredible to work with from the start and came up with a creative menu and staging. The flavors were delightful, the food was prepared perfectly, and the displays were beautiful. They did a huge charcuterie board for our cocktail hour as well that was really unique and something we haven’t seen at other weddings. “My Aunt passed away on Thursday. Friday afternoon my cousins were able to give us details - viewing on Monday late afternoon and graveside services Tuesday morning. I called multiple caterers, many who wanted a larger order or more time. I left a voice mail at Best Affordable Catering. About 4:45, Wade called me back. I explained the situation and that I wanted to deliver a meal to my cousins and their families. Wade said no problem. I asked what he would suggest and he offered a nice menu. When he gave me the cost, it was much less than I had intended to spend. I told Wade I thought the menu sounded great, but what could we add? Wade added a second protein, vegetables and a dessert assortment. He gave me a time he would deliver on Monday. Wade did everything he said he would, called me when he had made the delivery and charged exactly what we had agreed to. My cousins said the food was wonderful, and raved about the Swedish meatballs! They were so appreciative of having a delicious meal prepared for them on such a difficult day. Wade was an ANGEL for my family!“

The smothered pork chops were incredible as were the mango glazed wings!! The Bahamian mac and cheese was delicious as well. I also tried their iced mocha, it was more of a coffee than sugary drink which I am used to our americanized sugary coffee drinks which a lot of people might appreciate less sugar. It was great!“

“Did a small trial with deli Double and loved the food, value and service. They catered a meeting and everyone loved the food. Starting with the delicious assortment of nut breads, donuts and baked treats followed by super fresh fruits. The variety of generously filled sandwiches were a big hit including the requested gluten free bread on a few and a few veggie only sandwiches. Gourmet chicken salad sandwich on croissant was amazing. The coffee stayed hot all day and still tasted good. The variety tray of bars/cookies was delicious and that baby field green salad with honey balsamic dressing was a highlight for sure! Thank you David and Leesa, I look forward to using Deli Double again!“

“They open shortly after 7:00 am. Lumper guys came to my truck and charged $150 for unloading. They accept Comcheck, EFS and cash. There isn’t really parking but you can stay overnight on the side of the street right before facility. I got here the night before and stayed until those guys came to me. No one else bothered me“

They serve breakfast and lunch anytime of day. It is located inside an office building but it is open to anyone. Food tasted great — freshly made and affordable pricing!“

“I was driving by and did a double take when I saw their sign. I decided to stop in to see what they offered because Nigerian restaurant menus tend to vary. It’s a small carryout only spot. The woman working there was very nice and accommodating. I informed her that I’m vegan and inquired about a few of my favorite Nigerian foods: egusi, greens, jollof, and beans. She didn’t have egusi. She stated that she had greens but they’re made with fish. She then offered to make me a fresh batch sans the fish if I had time to wait. I most certainly do! It wasn’t a long wait either. I got a hefty container of food for about $15. There was enough food for 2 days (if I wasn’t being greedy).I tried my food right away. The greens were very good and clearly freshly made with quality produce. The beans were good. The jollof rice was SLAMMIN!! Perfection in the flavor department!I’m unsure how long they’ve been open, but they seem fairly new. They’re located in a strip mall with other small, locally owned businesses. Again, it’s carryout only; you cannot sit in and eat. (I ate in my car.) They also offer catering services.Be sure to check out this spot if you’re in the MSP area.

“Friendly staff. You can find everybody sitting on the patio outside for the summer. The location is unique to its placement, and they have art displaying the local area. Treats are on par and the staff were superb. I noticed a lot of people coming to get online orders, I didn't know that was a thing for an ice cream spot. There were more people coming to get online orders than people staying to eat ice cream and it was packed to the brim for dine in ice cream. I surprisingly enjoyed the music/playlist, it was eclectic. I grooved every song that played, I ate inside and the music gave flavor to my dine in experience. I'll be back to get more ice cream!“
