Visited this DQ location for “Free Cone Day!”🍦The line extended out the door, but the employees did an awesome job of moving people through quickly. 👏

Should have gotten the sister's name, BUT she has a couple of face PIERCINGS (not bad by the way✌🏾)!!!
This young Lady took my order & prepped the WHOLE meal HERSELF 👏🏾!!
I thought that was an outstanding effort on her part & it was ALL GOOD!
So 🗣️'Thank You' very much for the fine service!!!!!!!!

For a while this was one of the only Dairy Queen locations that didn’t blend up the cheese cake chunks in the royal New York cheesecake blizzard so I would go out of my way to come here. Food and service is usually pretty consistent.

Lazy employee shuts down the place early. I just wanted an ice cream cake....would have taken NO work for her but she was lazy and locked the doors early.

I'm incredibly bummed out about my experience there today. I get ice cream cakes from this location all the time. I bought one tonight, and it was awful ? Seriously, I'm highly upset about it. I buy them to cut up and throw in my freezer and just eat throughout the week. In fact, I buy at least one a week, usually 2, it's something I almost live on! Anyways, the one I bought today had a layer of sticky gooey something on top of it. So, I had to scrape it off. Then when I went to eat a piece of it it was super thin! Like literally half as thick as the other cakes I have bought there every week. Then my favorite part, which is the crunchy stuff in the middle, was almost non-existent. The tiny little bit of crunchy pieces were completely drowned in so much fudge that they were soggy and nasty. It had almost no crunchy stuff compared to what it usually has! I spent 50 dollars on something that is seriously awful. I will be contacting them tomorrow. I would like a new cake. I will gladly bring this one to show them what it looks like. This location is usually the best! I just dont understand.

Person in front of use ordered a bunch of hot food. When it came time to take our order we were told they were too busy and could only do ice cream at the time. Even then, they messed up our blizzards.

Don't order any extra gravy. They either don't give it to you, or they fill 2 half way up. Weak and petty.

I love the staff at this Dairy Queen, keeps me coming back every week. The connection I have formed with the managers is great! But came in today and saw the cook holding a baby… i understand it can be hard to find care but that just cannot be sanitary?

I ordered a regluar fry. The fries were soggy, and it took almost 15 minutes to get them. The place wasn't that busy.
