You cannot go wrong with ice cream. I realize it's been a while since I've stopped at a Dairy Queen. When did a small vanilla cone become $3.75..?

Ordered the fall special blizzard, caramel toffee cookie crunch, from here via door dash. It was so NOT what was stated in the description!!! If the description would have said it had Heath bar pieces in it I would NOT have gotten it because Heath bars are nasty!! Extremely disappointed in this location and they're making substitutes without letting people know! YUCK. Will ensure I never order from here again!

This is now the second health code violation that I have seen at this specific location and honestly, I'm probably not gonna be coming back anytime soon.

The last one was when there was an argument between a manager, and one of the employees that was refusing to wash their hands after having gone to the bathroom several customers noticed it and reported it to the manager and complained about it. No idea what ended up happening with her.

Then today I go and get myself a blizzard with extra Oreo, not only did I not get my extra Oreo, but as the guy was making my blizzard, he stuck his bare fingers into it in order to push the ice cream that was spilling out back in. I'm not confrontational so I basically just accepted the blizzard, walked out the door, and chucked it into the garbage.

It wasn't just that he stuck his finger in it, when he handed it to me, I got a good look at his fingers where there was what appeared to be a cut that had been healing up. Looked like it was scabbed over either way freaking gross. That finger touched my ice cream and then pushed into my ice cream as he was making it. I don't know what has happened to this Dairy Queen but it really seems like whoever they've been hiring over the last year here have been absolutely horrible compared to the people that used to be there.

During my last visit I had the worst costumer service. The man at the counter was extremely rude. I have Tourette’s and sometimes I cough. The person commented on my cough multiple times. I will never go back.

Should have gotten the sister's name, BUT she has a couple of face PIERCINGS (not bad by the way✌🏾)!!!
This young Lady took my order & prepped the WHOLE meal HERSELF 👏🏾!!
I thought that was an outstanding effort on her part & it was ALL GOOD!

For a while this was one of the only Dairy Queen locations that didn’t blend up the cheese cake chunks in the royal New York cheesecake blizzard so I would go out of my way to come here. Food and service is usually pretty consistent.

Lazy employee shuts down the place early. I just wanted an ice cream cake....would have taken NO work for her but she was lazy and locked the doors early.

I'm incredibly bummed out about my experience there today. I get ice cream cakes from this location all the time. I bought one tonight, and it was awful ? Seriously, I'm highly upset about it. I buy them to cut up and throw in my freezer and just eat throughout the week. In fact, I buy at least one a week, usually 2, it's something I almost live on! Anyways, the one I bought today had a layer of sticky gooey something on top of it. So, I had to scrape it off. Then when I went to eat a piece of it it was super thin! Like literally half as thick as the other cakes I have bought there every week. Then my favorite part, which is the crunchy stuff in the middle, was almost non-existent. The tiny little bit of crunchy pieces were completely drowned in so much fudge that they were soggy and nasty. It had almost no crunchy stuff compared to what it usually has! I spent 50 dollars on something that is seriously awful. I will be contacting them tomorrow. I would like a new cake. I will gladly bring this one to show them what it looks like. This location is usually the best! I just dont understand.
