Your employee DENNIS was so incredibly kind and helpful- what an amazing guy! I would like to start off saying that Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop. I frequent this restaurant often for lunch. With the distance I have to drive on my lunch break, I only have enough time to grab my sandwich and go. I use the mobile app to order ahead so the sandwich is ready when I get there in case there is a line. The reason I have taken 2 stars off is that the mobile order system gets overwhelmed around lunchtime and the promised time isn't always...

I was warmly welcomed when I came in. Little things like that really mean a lot.

There was a bit of a line - but they were moving fast. The person working the meat section was able to recommend a sub based on some basic questions I had.

Bread got sliced, and fitted with toppings really fast. It was even faster than places that have pre cut meats. Moving onto the next section you can get it "Mike's way" which I did. You get onions,...
