the interior needs a major overhaul. it reminds me of something from the 90s. Its always cold. Turn the heat on already. its in the teens outside. Food was good, service was good.

Will is awesome, is so much fun and made our whole night with his fun personality and caring attitude. Everything was absolutely perfect and would highly recommend Will as your server. Best experience we have had in a long time.

It was a very late dinner. The kitchen was open and I explained I was starving. It took forever to get my food. It didn't arrive until I started asking about it. Everything tasted good except the green beans. They must have been previously frozen and really bad. Overall, my experience was good.

My family & our friends went to Applebee's (by Target north) last night & had the absolute BEST experience. We were seated in Bruce’s section & he was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind & considerate of our kids (we had 7 kids total at our table between the ages of 7-2) He was so engaging with them & truly made them feel like he cared what they were telling him. He had asked what our plans were after dinner & my son mentioned we were going to flapdoodles for ice cream.
We left Applebee's & did go for ice cream.. Only to realize we must have forgot our credit card at the restaurant.. My husband called to see if it was there & by the time we had walked out to our car to go pick it up, the manager of Applebee's was pulling into the parking lot & said “were you guys just at Applebee's?? I think this is your credit card! Bruce told me you were coming here!”
It was literally the nicest thing ever.
This is the second time we’ve had AMAZING service when visiting that Applebee's! 10/10 recommend going there. Especially if you’re trying to teach your kiddos how to behave when at a restaurant Because they’re so welcoming. 🥹

i often order from Applebees because it’s close to my house, stays open late, right next to my job, and I can place an order online and pay in cash when I get there which is nice and often convenient for me! But everytime I am there, nobody approaches me. I’ve learned to just go down to the bar right away or grab someone on my way down there, as I know if i don’t take matters into my own hands, I’ll sit there forever. I placed an order for a burger and fries for takeout, and to pay in cash, I was at work and wanted to use my tips. And there was an amazing deal on the burger for burger day. While I applaud that, And the food was good. And usually is. The service is God awful. Probably the worst I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. Anyways, last night I go up to pay, I tell the nice host I still had to pay for my order. It was a 10$ order and I had a 20$. I wait 3ish minutes until someone comes back to bring my food, she takes me cash and says she’ll be back with change. I was on a break and wasn’t super in a rush, but I had very little time to get the meal and get back to eat. Any other time they do the cash transaction right in front of me, and I get my change back right away, and usually tip the rest of the change anyways. Or most of it, depending on what I get and how much I pay with. It took over 5 minutes for me to get 10$ back. For burger day it surprisingly wasn’t even busy at all. And it was 10$ it wasn’t hard math. I wasn’t asking to break a 50$ or 100$. A 20$ bill on a 10$ order. And I know it seems small, only 5 minutes. Chill out. It’s everytime I’m there tho.. and i was on break. And it wasn’t even busy for real. It’s truly frustrating. Most likely will never be back 😬

We haven't been to an Applebee's in years and were quite surprised! I must say the service was outstanding and the food was good. We'll definitely come back when we are in the mood for American comfort food.

Stopped in for a cocktail after work. I've NEVER seen such a small jigger measure! Literally a thimble! If you want a $10 long island with no alcohol this is the place!

Came in for late night happy hour and Bella took exceptional care of my friend and I. She was very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu and answered all of our questions. She made sure our drinks were filled and always had a smile on her face. We will definitely be back to see her!
