We went saturday middle of the day. We are like the only ones here. Service was so slow. Appetizers were warm at best. Mac and cheese pizza was undercooked. Men's restroom was gross. We tired to order 1 pitcher and got individual lemondes as well as a pitcher. This is the Rochester location. Would not recommend.

Spaghetti and meatballs were old and covered with salt. Had 2 orders that we could not eat and only got a 15% discount. Not happy. The wife liked her pizza.
Had a great time at bingo on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.

Update since last visit: Great food and attentive service members with a positive vibe. Pizza buffet was great, selection was wide and fantastic. Something gone and they replaced it immediately.

Unfortunately pizza crust was slightly over cooked. Very little pineapple on deep dish, ham, pineapple, chicken pizza. Plus I had to ask for sauce to go with fish and chips, which should come automatically, otherwise it would be dry.

I am a Minneapolis customer and decided to try it in Rochester, never again. My fries were cold, my Italian chopped salad was missing the cheese, onions, and croutons. The vegetables were wilted/cucumbers were browning. I wanted balsamic instead of the herb dressing, they still gave me the herb one. In mpls, it's always perfect, eating in or taking out. I'm so disappointed. That salad cost 15.50. I tried to eat some, but I just couldn't, I through it away. I reheated the fries, the best thing was the chipotle ranch dressing.🌟 I would recommend the MINNEAPOLIS👍🏼location all day!!!!! But, Rochester, HELL NO!👎🏼 I have the menu photo so y'all can see what it's supposed to look like.......

Terrible Service
I was staying at one of the many hotels near by. I like to support local and generally don’t eat at chains. It was 8:30 pm on a Thursday night I figured I was good to go sit at the bar and enjoy a beer and a solo sized pizza. Couldn’t be any more wrong.
First off, this isn’t a spot to go have a nice meal. This is basically a dive bar that happens to have a couple tables and a pizza oven. I sat at the bar for a while, no employee in sight. Finally one showed up and eventually got to me. I asked for a beer and she made me felt like I was being annoying just being there. I never got a food menu or anything.
It was clear that the bartender was the only front of house staff member in the building. Taking tables, bartending, takeout orders. Why? It’s 8:30, the bar is packed, and people keep coming in. At this point I realized I’m not getting food, because she isn’t gonna ask if I want any, and I would feel bad asking.
I was looking forward to a pizza. Instead I got shit service and felt like an outcast in the sea of drunken regulars. Seeing people take multiple 3 ounce fireball shots and 6 ounce green tea “shots” is alarming as well.
Don’t come here by yourself, with a friend, or with a family. This is strictly a hangout for regulars. Despite the prime location right in the middle of hotels off the freeway.
Just eat at Kwik trip, like I eventually did.

We have eaten here several times during the week and the time is always been around 4:00 p.m. there's a few cars in the parking lot and when you walk in it seems that most of the customers are around the bar. There's a few customers seated in the bar area but that's it. Almost every time we have ordered a thin crust pizza, it is taking at least 40 to 45 minutes for it to come out. And then once it's delivered, nobody comes back to check on you to see if it's okay or if you need anything. The next time you see that person is one is time for the check. The last thing I want to do is slam a small business but the service or lack thereof has become a consistency. We are no longer going to eat here.
