Ordered a white hot chocolate, and it had some sort of very waterish coffee in it. I can't have caffeine and didn't notice until Ieft so I had to throw the whole thing away 🙁

The food was delivered to the wrong place. I'm supposed to get a refund on my debit card, but haven't received it yet
Service was polite and quick.
The coffee and service are fine, but this location needs a facelift. Several cushions are ripped and the big table needs a good cleaning and refinishing.
Twice this week our orders were screwed up. We ordered a hot caramel high rise and were given an iced one. Later in the week when ordering a hot chocolate, we got some type of coffee beverage, not sure what as it was not labeled...couldn't drink it as the person it was for cannot have caffeine (they only do the natural amount in chocolate). Frustrating to be out money on 2 XL size drinks in 1 week and have no compensation for it.
