[Year 2026] Take out from ordering to leaving was a good experience from mostly young men working. Why young girls always attack old woman like me is a mystery. Would young men attack older men? I am still trying to figure this out.

Absolutely disheartening and disgusting.
A month ago I came and got some food. I never had issues prior, this time I got home and found a hair ( that was for SURE ) not mine. I called to try to get a refund. No response. I try again, finally got ahold of customer service. I told them. They sent an email regarding the situation. A week goes by, after sending the information, still no refund. It’s been over a month with plenty of grace for the company. Still no refund.

I’ve always had issues with both Chipotle stores here in town, but this time really just irritated me. I went there after a long day of work to get some dinner because I didn’t wanna cook and I got a bowl with double meat and extra queso, but when it got to the cheese and lettuce, the employee stated that they were out of cheese when asked and as I was paying, they never put lettuce on my bowl, even though I asked, but they Most definitely made sure to charge me for double chicken and double queso. They were more focused on charging me for double portions than making sure I got everything I asked for on my bowl. On a sidenote, I really can’t imagine the store being completely out of cheese or completely out of any item Especially something that is put on almost every single item they have. I really think a higher management should visit both stores to get the experience that a lot of customers deal with and maybe retrain the employees on customer service.

Whoever the two females working tonight 3/7/26 around 8:30 pm need to be retrained the burritos I purchased were made incorrectly completely missing both double portions of meat wich was 6 bucks extra each burrito so paid an extra 12 to barely even get enough meat to say it’s one portion but had no problem making majority of the burrito fat didn’t double wrap either burrito and the food just didn’t taste fresh at all the meat was cold. Didn’t even feel like asking to get the food relaid cause clearly thy don’t know what there doing

I paid over $40 online for them to forget damn near half of my sides, no sauces or any replacement. I paid extra too for those sides. I should have been informed that you guys had ran out of basically all your sides before placing an order and spending money?!?

So glad Chipotle is back to the quality it use to be!!! I avoided it for a few years, but recently started going back again and I’m so happy I did!! I even travel all the way to the north one from southside, and it’s completely worth it! The portions are generous, the workers friendly, and the place clean! The food taste fresh and keeps me coming back. Thank you for bringing my love for chipotle back🥲❤️please keep doing whatever it is you are doing with your team at the north store!

Since I go there a lot, I noticed the past few weeks, the riced has been half cooked, complained about it before but still no change, I went in again today noticed the rice is half cooked again. Please do something about it. And also always the same guy cooking the half cooked rice.

The server didn’t speak English. I asked multiple times I need 2x the protein in my bowl. Finally she made me 2 burritos lol I cancelled one and she got mad.

Just got the Carne Asada bowl the steake is cold and the manger on duty act like he dont care. Derek is more worried about talking to other employees in the back then helping paying customers.

I did not get food as they didn't take cash there burrito press is down and they have no cheese top it off with garbadge sitting on the sidewalk and last time I came they were out of steak and didn't take credit
