Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a carnita bowl with rice, salsa, white rice sour cream and cheese. No way to get half sour cream/cheese. I ended up with a sour cream cheese soup. They must have added extra and the meat was a small portion, I had to dig through the soup to find the meat and the rice was now soup too. I complained on Door Dash and they gave me $5. I'm going to the store to show them the soup I did not order. There was also a big white ball that would not go apart. Worst online food order. Will update with results.

Let me start with the fact that I really like Chipotle, and I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went out to lunch with my parents and my mom got a burrito bowl and her Carnitas was just a glob of fat and sinew. Went she went up to the counter and politely asked with a smile if she could get a different scoop the lady at the register gave her a patronizing smile, rolled her eyes, and said that was part of the meat, and that she would eat that.(It's fine if you want to eat it, but the customer, and others in line, found it repulsive. My mother was given the scoop later, but it's still sad that the customer was treated like that.

They open late all the time. Today 2/28 a group of us were waiting past the noted time on the door that they open and someone went in the side door that was unlocked, so we all went in the side door, as we walked in some guy worker screamed at us saying” if the front is locked we’re not open get out” but it was 10:55 and the doors said open at 10:45. Then he marched off to the back. There was one worker who stayed and kindly filled everyone’s orders. The lady ask him who was the guy that yelled at everyone and he said it was the manager. I know the Rochester chipotles are always out of stuff, are online order only randomly, and card only randomly and open late but getting yelled at for going through an unlocked door was a first.

I had asked for a large bag of chips but was given the small. I asked if I could pay the difference in price and get what I asked for the kid said no he couldn't do that . So I had to buy another bag... The music that was playing was not appropriate. the young girl working was messing around putting ice down the boys shirts... It was overall a shit show my buddy got triple the amount of meat he never asked for but it was a problem I asked for extra brown rice 🤣🙌👎 do better chipotle.....

Several employees at this chipotle establishment don’t speak or speak very minimal English. This is America, not a foreign country. This chipotle establishment has been reported to I.C.E. for suspicious activity. We’ve dealt with immigration officers numerous times in the past. The year is 2025. Get with the program.

I’ve tried giving Chipotle multiple chances. Recently their CEO said they were not skimping portion sizes while increasing prices. This was a flat out LIE. I stopped in there the other day to get a bowl. The server literally put a half scoop of rice and a half scoop of chicken. When I asked for more they said it would be extra. What a joke! Also, the garbages were overflowing and the soda machine area was a mess. Very disappointed.

Its getting worse and worse everytime i come in. The entire restaurant was dirty and tables everywhere hadn't been wiped (some people were disgusted). They were out of a lot of things, food, plates, napkins and utensils as well. Be careful chipotle all this aggressive expansion into online ordering doesnt kill your frequent walkins.

Really bad chipotle. POS always broken. Always running out of food on the line or it’s ice cold.

30 minutes after opening, they ran out of burrito shells, and the kid up front said" we have more in the back, I just don't want to go get them". He was serious And he didn't go get them, so I left.
