Just got the Carne Asada bowl the steake is cold and the manger on duty act like he dont care. Derek is more worried about talking to other employees in the back then helping paying customers.

I did not get food as they didn't take cash there burrito press is down and they have no cheese top it off with garbadge sitting on the sidewalk and last time I came they were out of steak and didn't take credit

“I just visited Chipotle and noticed they are serving food in plastic bags. Because of this, the food became cold, lost its freshness, and didn’t taste good. I honestly didn’t enjoy the food at all.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in over a year, and this visit reminded me why. The food was completely flavorless, the chips were stale, and the prep line was visibly dirty. One employee put unused rice back into the serving bowl, which is a huge red flag for food safety. Then they tried to serve me the last scraps of barbacoa and got visibly upset when I asked for carnitas instead. After multiple disappointing experiences over the years, this visit sealed the deal—I won’t be returning to this location or the chain in general.

17 dollars for double meat and you get about 3 tables spoons of meat. I’ll use the rest of my reward points and then never coming back again. Much better places than chipotle now days with their portion control getting out of hand.

As a chipotle enjoyer, i am extremely disappointed in this establishment!
walking in it seamed normal a typical rush line went quick. but when they served the food i quickly realized there was no lids. and none were offered until i asked for one they said they didn’t have any. i asked if they can do anything about it. the lady paused for a minute than said they have tin foil to put on top.

forward to me eating um first bite.
The rice is hard and has been left out for at least a few hours. and the chips were even more stale and chewy like they were moist.

In the end i’m very annoyed with how my dinner is ending up.
